Selection of participants are based on diversity. Select a variety of people with different knowledge and skills in order to cover all relevant skills regarding the problem and solutions.

• Arrange which disciplines should participate.
• Arrange how knowledge about the camp should be spread to potential participants.
• Make invititations and promotion material.
• Arrange how to allow registration and follow up.
• Form groups or define how they must be formed during the camp.
• Make a group list and plan of accomodation for facilitators.
