The costs of a camp will vary a lot and of course also depend on the general price level of your country.

According to experiences in Denmark (high price level) a camp for 30-40 participants can be arrange for a budget of 4.000-60.000 €.

The most expensive solution is when you hire an professional company to arrange the full camp. The cheapest is when you use internal resources – including experienced students as facilitators – and skip accomodation.
